I used Martha Stewart’s Quinoa Muffins recipe( with a couple of tweaks) as well as they came out delicious! Here’s what we changed:

* we used 1/4 crater sesame oil in place of a unfeeling oil . We could additionally reinstate it with olive, walnut, flaxseed, or peanut oil . Or…real butter.

* we used 2% divert instead of total divert( it’s what we had) .
